We are a small workshop from Łańcut in southeastern Poland, creating unique 3D puzzles and collectible models. We combine 3D design, modern technology and hands-on work in our small workshop to turn great ideas into real models.
We want to create unique things that have their own story and offer more than just an impressive appearance. Every model is created from scratch in our workshop – from the digital 3D design and precise preparation of each component to the finished kit ready to assemble.
We believe that the process of creating should be just as satisfying as the finished result. That is why our models are designed to encourage creativity and patience while providing hours of enjoyable fun.
I created BrainyGears out of a passion for design, technology and things that bring the satisfaction of creating something yourself. I want assembling these models to give you the same sense of enjoyment that I get from creating them.

Projektowanie 3D
We start every project in a 3D environment. Based on technical documentation, photos, measurements or scans, we recreate the distinctive elements of real machines and vehicles. We then divide the model into parts that can be precisely cut and assembled.

In our workshop, we use our own machinery to produce the model components. Laser cutting allows us to create even very small details with high precision, while in-house production gives us full control over the quality of every kit.

Not every component can be made from wood. That’s why, where more complex shapes or fine details are needed, we use 3D printing. By combining different technologies, we can reproduce even the smallest elements that give our models their character.
